1. Paya Lebar Commercial Hub. Touted as the Jurong Gateway of the East, the Paya Lebar Central area will be developed into a commercial hub comprising of offices, hotels and shopping centres.
2. Geylang Riverfront. There will be future developments of retail, dine and wine, bringing life to the riverfront.
3. P.I.E. Located right beside the PIE. In some sense, there is accessibility (if you drive).
Amenities.
Not much amenities to talk about here as the area is still very much a commercial district now though there are several schools such as Eunos Primary, Manjusri Secondary, Maha Bodhi, Telok Kurau Primary as well as the Bedok North Secondary in the vicinity.
In terms of the development, the Green Avenue seems attractive.

Public Transport
Not very accessible by public, though the Kaki Bukit MRT which is under construction is about a kilometre away.
Verdict: The EuHabitat is very much akin to the Woodhaven in that it is a mixed development of Suites, Condo, SOHO (Small Office Home Office) and Townhouse.
With the large space it occupies, there is indeed much room to manouevre within the site. With the masterplan to develop the Paya Lebar Central area in place, the EuHabitat is worth to take a “buy and hold” stance.
However, with the lack of amenities and public transport, potential investors may have to stick it out for a while before these are fully developed.
Still, there is much potential at EuHabitat.
